Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall played a key role as Everton came from behind to beat Fulham late at Craven Cottage, boosting their hopes of qualifying for Europe.

Fulham took the lead in the 18th minute after Vitalii Mykolenko accidentally scored an own goal. Everton struggled in the first half as Fulham dominated and hit the woodwork twice, with Jordan Pickford making several important saves.

Everton improved after the break and found an equaliser in the 76th minute when Dewsbury-Hall scored his first goal since returning from injury, finishing off a move started by Mykolenko. Just seven minutes later, Dewsbury-Hall’s corner caused Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno to push the ball into his own net, giving Everton a dramatic late winner.

The win moves Everton up to eighth in the Premier League, strengthening their European qualification hopes, while Fulham drop to 10th.
