Tottenham have started talks with Liverpool to try and sign left-back Andy Robertson.
The 31-year-old Scotland international is out of contract at Anfield this summer and recently said he hasn’t decided on his future. Robertson has only started four Premier League games this season and wants more regular playing time ahead of the World Cup.
BBC Sport reports that Spurs have approached Liverpool, but no deal has been agreed yet. Robertson joined Liverpool from Hull City in 2017 for £8m and has made 363 appearances for the Reds. His latest appearance came off the bench in a 1-1 draw with Burnley on 17 January. Liverpool boss Arne Slot praised Robertson for handling the loss of his starting spot to new signing Milos Kerkez professionally.
