Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has highlighted areas for improvement as Nigeria prepares to face Tunisia in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) match this weekend.
Chelle spoke after Nigeria’s 2-1 win over Tanzania in their AFCON opener, with goals from Semi Ajayi and Ademola Lookman securing the victory.
He pointed out that the second half against Tanzania showed Nigeria still needs work, especially in “killing the game” and maintaining control when ahead.
With the win, Nigeria sits second in Group C, while Tunisia leads the group after their 3-1 victory over Uganda.
