Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven says the club's record £237 million summer spending reflects a renewed ambition after last season's "unacceptable" campaign.
The Dutch defender believes new head coach Roberto De Zerbi will introduce a more attacking and entertaining style of football, while praising the positive energy and mentality he has brought to the squad.
Van de Ven also hailed Spurs' new signings, saying they have settled in well and boosted confidence ahead of the new Premier League season.
