Turkish champions Galatasaray have reportedly turned down a €120 million offer for star striker Victor Osimhen.
According to Forza Cimbom, the bid was submitted by Atlético Madrid, who have identified the Nigerian international as one of their top transfer targets ahead of the summer window.
The Spanish giants are reportedly preparing for potential changes in their attacking department, with both Alexander Sørloth and Julián Álvarez attracting interest from other clubs. Sørloth has been linked with Juventus, while Álvarez is said to be on the radar of Barcelona and Arsenal.
However, Galatasaray’s reported rejection of Atletico Madrid’s offer suggests the Turkish Super Lig champions are determined to keep hold of Osimhen and have no intention of parting ways with their prized asset this summer.
Osimhen joined Galatasaray from Napoli in a deal worth €75 million and has since played a key role in the club’s recent success, helping them secure back-to-back league titles.
The 27-year-old’s future has been the subject of intense speculation in recent months, with several European heavyweights reportedly monitoring his situation. Clubs linked with the prolific forward include Chelsea, Arsenal, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Juventus.
Despite the growing interest, Galatasaray appear keen to retain Osimhen as they continue their push for domestic and European success.
