Benfica manager José Mourinho is keen on becoming the next head coach of Real Madrid.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed that Mourinho is open to returning to the Spanish giants, a club he previously managed. He added that the Portuguese tactician has long desired a comeback to Madrid.
Real Madrid are reportedly considering appointing a new manager to replace Álvaro Arbeloa at the end of the season.
“Mourinho is absolutely keen and open to returning to Real Madrid,” Romano said, noting that a potential move this summer would strongly appeal to the “Special One.”
