The Manchester United interim boss believes in focusing on the bigger picture, even though many managers are losing their jobs quickly. He says he prefers to stay positive and think about future success rather than short-term pressure.
Carrick also isn’t rushing a decision on his future at United, insisting it will be sorted at the right time, while he continues working towards goals like Champions League qualification.
