The Real Madrid Femenino midfielder netted twice in the first half and completed her treble just after the break, while Jenna Clark and substitute Kathleen McGovern also scored.
It marked a strong start to the qualifying campaign under head coach Melissa Andreatta, with Scotland dominating throughout and goalkeeper Sandy MacIver largely untroubled.
