James Tarkowski scored as Everton beat Burnley 2-0 to secure their first home Premier League win of 2026.
Tarkowski headed in from a James Garner free-kick in the first half, before Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall sealed the victory after the break.
The result moves Everton within one point of seventh place and boosts their hopes of European qualification, while Burnley remain eight points from safety after their 18th league defeat of the season.
