Dundee United earned a crucial 2-1 win over St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership thanks to an own goal and a late penalty from Amar Fatah.
The hosts took the lead early when Marcus Fraser accidentally headed into his own net. St Mirren equalised after half-time through Jake Young, but United regained the lead when Fatah scored from the spot after a VAR review for handball against Alex Gogic.
Manager Jim Goodwin said the win gives his side momentum ahead of their Scottish Cup quarter-final, as they keep slim hopes of a top-six finish alive.
