Nottingham Forest Held by Fulham but move out of the Bottom three

0

Nottingham Forest moved out of the bottom three in the Premier League after a 0-0 draw with Fulham at home.

Forest had dropped into the relegation zone after West Ham United drew with Manchester City earlier. But this point means Forest, West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur all have 29 points, with West Ham now below the safety line on goal difference.

Forest came close to winning but two offside decisions against Dan Ndoye stopped them from scoring. One decision cancelled a penalty after a foul by Calvin Bassey, and another ruled out Ndoye’s goal after a Video Assistant Referee(VAR) check.

Ola Aina also came close for Forest, hitting the crossbar, while Taiwo Awoniyi missed a good late chance.

Fulham, managed by Marco Silva, stay mid-table in 11th place.
