A hearing took place between September and December 2024 before an independent commission, but no decision has been announced. Tebas said delays like this make it hard for fans and clubs to trust that financial rules are applied fairly.
Premier League CEO Richard Masters said he could not comment on the timing of the case but emphasized that regulators need an efficient and swift judicial system.
