Brentford Manager Andrews signs new contract until 2032

Brentford head coach Keith Andrews signs new contract to 2032.

Andrews, 45, impressed after stepping up from set-piece coach to replace Thomas Frank in June. Under his leadership, Brentford sit seventh in the Premier League and are targeting European qualification for the first time in club history.

The Irishman said he wanted to “earn my stripes” and prove he was capable of taking over from Frank, who led the club to promotion and a successful seven-year tenure.

Brentford’s director of football, Phil Giles, praised Andrews as a “really good fit” and confirmed the contract extension after an “outstanding” first season. Brentford return to Premier League action on Saturday against Burnley.
