The Estonian debutants kept the game competitive, but Mouat and Dodds’ experience showed in the final stages, forcing an early end to the match.
After their victory, Dodds said the duo knew they had to raise their game from the opener against Norway, and they delivered. Team GB will next face the Czech Republic in their third round-robin game, with Dodds joking that a short nap is needed after getting only five or six hours of sleep the previous night.
