Alexis Mac Allister scored a dramatic 97th-minute winner as Liverpool beat Nottingham Forest in a chaotic finish at the City Ground. The Argentinian had a goal disallowed moments earlier for handball before tucking in the rebound from a Virgil van Dijk header.
Liverpool, who struggled for long periods and lost Florian Wirtz in the warm-up, moved to 45 points, level with Chelseaand Manchester United. Forest, under Vitor Pereira, dominated the first half but failed to score, remaining 17th, just two points above West Ham.
