Gabriel Jesus called his performance at San Siro a "dream night" after scoring twice to help Arsenal beat Inter Milan 3-1 and reach the Champions League last 16.
The 28-year-old, making just his third start since returning from an 11-month ACL injury, said the moment brought him “tears in my eyes,” recalling how he dreamed of playing in Serie A as a kid. Jesus also praised teammate Viktor Gyokeres, who scored Arsenal’s third goal, and expressed confidence in Kai Havertz’s return to form.
The win extended Arsenal’s perfect start in this season’s Champions League, giving them a club-record seventh straight victory in the competition.
