Forty-three-year-old substitute goalkeeper Craig Gordon made a stunning stoppage-time save to help 10-man Hearts secure a crucial Scottish Premiership win at Dundee.

Hearts went ahead through Claudio Braga, but goalkeeper Alexander Schwolow was sent off just before halftime after a VAR review.

Dundee dominated the second half but couldn’t get past the veteran Gordon, who was making his first appearance since helping Scotland qualify for the World Cup.

The win moves Hearts six points clear of Celtic and Rangers, while Dundee remain ninth, failing to win four top-flight games in a row for the first time since 1999.

Despite being down to 10 men, Hearts held on, with Gordon producing a fantastic save from Emile Acquah in stoppage time to seal the victory.
