Galatasaray came from behind to earn a draw against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League, thanks to an own goal from Marcos Llorente.
Atletico took an early lead in the fourth minute when Giuliano Simeone, son of boss Diego Simeone, headed in after a cross from Matteo Ruggeri. But Galatasaray equalised 16 minutes later when Llorente accidentally slid the ball into his own net from a Roland Sallai cross.
Atletico pressed for a winner, with Antoine Griezmann seeing a late free-kick saved, but the game ended 1-1.
The draw leaves Atletico on 13 points, needing a win at home to Bodo/Glimt to reach the last 16. Galatasaray are on 10 points and must beat Manchester City at the Etihad in their final group game to guarantee a play-off spot, though a draw may still be enough depending on other results.
