Leicester City manager Rick Passmoor says his main goal since taking charge has been to stabilise the club and build something lasting for the future. After being appointed interim manager in September, Passmoor earned a three-year contract the following month and is now focused on long-term progress.
Under his leadership, Leicester have won two and drawn three of their 11 Women’s Super League matches. Passmoor says the club has gone through several changes in recent seasons, and his priority has been to bring consistency both on and off the pitch.
He explained that much of the hard work happens behind the scenes and that it is important every staff member feels involved. While improving league position is the long-term aim, Passmoor says stability must come first so the club can be left in a stronger position for future managers.
