Striker Callum Osmand has joined Celtic from Fulham, with the Scottish champions due to pay a development fee for the "highly-rated" out-of-contract 19-year-old.
Osmand, who has signed a four-year contract, has been at Craven Cottage since the age of 13 and has represented both England and Wales at youth level.
Last season, Osmand scored 18 goals across all competitions for Fulham's Under-21 side.
The teenager revealed he received advice about the move from Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Matt O'Riley, who was a Fulham trainee before a successful spell at Celtic Park.
"He was telling me about how big the club is, how amazing the fans are and it's a new life really," Osmand told Celtic TV. "So 'excited' is definitely the word for me.
"It feels unbelievable. It's a massive move and I can't wait to step out at Celtic Park in front of all the fans.
"When I spoke to the manager, he was really positive. The plan and pathway he has set out for the club is top."
Osmand becomes Celtic's third addition of the summer following the arrival of fellow forward Benjamin Nygren from Nordsjaelland and the return of defender Kieran Tierney from Arsenal and goalkeeper Ross Doohan from Aberdeen.
Manager Brendan Rodgers told his club website: "He's a quick and powerful striker and I'm really looking forward to working with him.
"I'm sure he can be really successful with us. He is a highly-rated, talented young player."
