Mehdi Taremi is set to join Inter Milan on a free transfer from Porto this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Iran international's contract with the Portuguese side expires at the end of the season, meaning he is free to agree a contract with Inter.
The Serie A club are set to hand Taremi a two-year deal and have scheduled a medical for the striker.
