Tottenham have reached an agreement with Manor Solomon to join as a free agent, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Solomon spent last season on loan at Fulham after FIFA rules suspended his contract with Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk as Russia's invasion of the country continues.
The club's chief executive Sergei Palkin threatened to sue Tottenham last month if they tried to sign the winger on a free transfer.
Romano reports that Solomon will join Spurs as a free agent "if all goes to plan with Shakhtar and FIFA rules", which suggests this one is far from done yet.
