Brentford have agreed a club-record £23m deal to sign Nathan Collins from Wolves.
The Republic of Ireland centre-back will undergo a medical in the next few days.
Sky Sports News reported last week that they were in advanced talks to sign the defender.
Centre-back has been a priority position for the Bees this summer.
