Leeds United could move ahead of a number of clubs to secure the signature of Croatian talent Dion Beljo.
Bild in Germany states that the forward is beginning to lose patience with Borussia Monchengladbach over a transfer deal.
The German side are eager to secure Beljo to replace Marcus Thuram, who will likely leave in the summer.
However, Bild states that the 20-year-old wants to seal a move early in the January transfer window, or he will look elsewhere.
That may bring Leeds into the picture, with the Whites very keen to add a forward to their squad.
Beljo managed eight goals and two assists in 16 league games this term for his club Osijek.
