Brentford midfielder Christian Eriksen will make a decision on his future next week.
Off contract at the end of the month, Eriksen has offers from Manchester United, Tottenham and the Bees.
The Daily Mail says the Denmark international will decide his next move over the next week.
However, in what could be a subtle hint to his next venture, Eriksen has now revealed that he wishes to stay in England beyond this summer, following his six month spell with Brentford last season in what was his return to football following his cardiac arrest last year.
If United move for Eriksen it would not affect their pursuit of Barcelona ace Frenkie de Jong, who impressed in Holland's 3-2 win over Wales in the Nations League.
The idea of the pair combining in midfield is a mouthwatering prospect for United fans.
