High performing Leicester looked set to share a point with Everton at the end of a thrilling encounter between both teams.
But Iheanacho had other plans and scored with a sublime finish in the 94th minute to secure all three points for Leicester.
After the match, a footage in the Leicester dressing room showed teammates shouting and celebrating Iheanacho for his impressive performance and goal during the match.
A teammate Fuchs uploaded the footage online and captioned it: 'My man Kelechi!! Man of the match - so deserved. But what a group to be a part of!'
After the match, Coach Brendan Rogers was asked if he planned to stay at Leicester amid links to the Arsenal job.
He told the BBC: 'Yeah, very much so. I left a club eight and a half months ago and that was a change I made to come to a club with ambition.
'And it is a huge challenge here to break into the top six. I've loved every minute since I've come here. We've got work to do but I'm excited.'
