Falconets midfielder Shakirat Moshood has completed a move to Portuguese club SCU Torreense, signing a two-year contract.
Moshood joins SCU Torreense from former Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) champions Bayelsa Queens, marking the start of her professional career in Europe.
The 18-year-old captained Nigeria's Flamingos at the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Morocco and was runner-up for the 2025 CAF Women's Young Player of the Year award.
She was also part of the Falconets squad that secured qualification for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, scheduled to take place in Poland in September.
SCU Torreense will compete in the UEFA Women's Champions League for the first time in the club's history next season, with Moshood expected to bolster the squad ahead of the European campaign.
