Ipswich Town have completed the signing of Morocco international defender Issa Diop from Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
The 29-year-old has signed a contract until 2030 and joins Ipswich after featuring five times for Morocco during their run to the World Cup quarter-finals.
Diop brings valuable Premier League experience to the newly promoted side, having made 173 top-flight appearances for Fulham and West Ham.
"I'm excited to take the next step in my career at Ipswich Town. I know how big the club is and I believe this is the right place for me," Diop said.
The centre-back joined West Ham from Toulouse in 2018 before moving to Fulham in a £15m deal in 2022. He made 96 appearances across all competitions for the Cottagers but managed just eight Premier League starts last season.
Diop becomes Ipswich's sixth signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Ghana winger Abdul Fatawu from Leicester, striker Emersonn from Toulouse, Cedric Kipre, Chuba Akpom and goalkeeper Kayne van Oevelen.
Ipswich are continuing to strengthen their squad ahead of their Premier League campaign after securing promotion from the Championship last season.
