Virat Kohli produced a match-winning unbeaten 75 as Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated Gujarat Titans by five wickets to secure back-to-back Indian Premier League titles.
RCB first restricted Gujarat to 155-8, with Rasikh Salam Dar starring with figures of 3-27, while Josh Hazlewood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar claimed two wickets each. Washington Sundar's unbeaten 50 was the only significant resistance for the Titans.
In response, Kohli anchored the chase with a brilliant 42-ball knock featuring nine fours and three sixes. He shared key partnerships with Venkatesh Iyer and Tim David before sealing victory in style with a towering six as RCB reached their target with 12 balls to spare.
The win marks RCB's second consecutive IPL crown after ending their long wait for a maiden title in 2025.
"We are an all-round strong team, and that's why we have the confidence we have on the field," Kohli said after another title-winning performance.
