Maduka Okoye has ended an 11-year wait for a Nigerian goalkeeper in Italy’s top flight by recording his 10th Serie A clean sheet of the season for Udinese Calcio.
The Super Eagles shot-stopper achieved the milestone during Udinese’s 2-0 victory over Torino FC, helping the club secure its Serie A status for another season.
