Atalanta midfielder Ederson has reportedly agreed personal terms with Manchester United ahead of a potential summer transfer move.
According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Brazilian midfielder has now paused negotiations with other interested clubs as talks with United continue to progress.
The deal is expected to cost the Red Devils around €45 million in total, with discussions between both clubs said to have been ongoing for several weeks.
Providing an update on X, Romano wrote:
“Éderson has agreed personal terms with Manchester United and paused all talks with other clubs since last week.
“Atalanta and Man United have been in talks over €45m package deal for weeks.
“It’s up to Man United whether they want to proceed with the deal or not, and when.”
The 25-year-old has emerged as one of the club’s key midfield targets as Manchester United look to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
