Michael Carrick, Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta have been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Season award following impressive campaigns with their respective clubs.
Carrick earned recognition after guiding Middlesbrough to a strong finish that exceeded expectations, while Guardiola is again in contention after leading Manchester City’s title challenge. Arteta was shortlisted for keeping Arsenal among the league’s top performers throughout the season.
Other nominees include Aston Villa boss Unai Emery and Newcastle United manager Eddie Howe, with the award winner set to be decided through a combination of public votes and a panel of football experts.
The Premier League said the nominees were selected based on tactical quality, consistency and overall impact during the 2025/26 season.
