France winger Louis Bielle-Biarrey has been named Player of the Championship for the 2026 Men's Six Nations, following his standout performances in France’s title-winning campaign.

The 22-year-old Bordeaux Bègles star received 44% of fan votes, with a record 151,525 supporters taking part, making it his second consecutive year to win the award. He was instrumental in France’s success, notably scoring four tries in the decisive final game against England to secure back-to-back titles.

Bielle-Biarrey set a new benchmark this year by scoring nine tries in the tournament, surpassing his previous record of eight, and now ranks fifth on the all-time Six Nations try-scorers list. Other nominees included Italy’s Tommaso Menoncello, Ireland’s Stuart McCloskey, and Scotland’s Kyle Steyn.

Reflecting on the honor, Bielle-Biarrey said: “I’m just really happy. It’s another reward for the team’s hard work. Defending our title two years in a row is no small feat, and we’re very proud to have done it.”
