Vitor Pereira, boss of Nottingham Forest, says the Premier League should protect teams playing in Europe by giving them easier schedules.
He believes clubs in competitions like the Europa League, Conference League, and Champions League need more rest between matches to perform better.
Pereira pointed out that teams like Paris Saint-Germain have had games moved to help them prepare, and says England should do the same to increase chances of winning titles.
