Teenage rookie Cooper Flagg continued his incredible form by scoring 45 points as the Dallas Mavericks beat the Los Angeles Lakers 134-128.
The 19-year-old had already made history the day before with 51 points, becoming the first teenager to hit 50 in an NBA game. He followed it up with another big performance, adding nine assists and eight rebounds.
Flagg is now the first rookie since Allen Iverson in 1997 to score 40+ points in back-to-back games and is a strong contender for Rookie of the Year.
The Mavericks took control early, while the Lakers — missing Luka Dončić and Austin Reaves — struggled to keep up.
LeBron James led the Lakers with 30 points, 15 assists and nine rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to stop Dallas.
