The pair won their doubles match in straight sets, sealing the tie after Britain had already taken both singles matches.
Teenager Mika Stojsavljevic earlier pulled off a big upset on her debut, while Dart also won her singles match.
Despite missing several top players, Great Britain impressed to reach the finals for the third year in a row.
