In the forwards, Danilo Fischetti starts at loose-head prop, Luke Green stays at tight-head, and Craig Wright replaces Curtis Langdon at hooker. JJ van der Mescht, Callum Chick, and Henry Pollock strengthen the pack, with Tom Pearson on the bench.
In the backs, Fraser Dingwall pairs with Tom Litchfield in midfield, and George Furbank captains from full-back. Saints finished second in their pool, while Castres came third. The winner will face either Bath or Saracens in the quarter-finals next weekend.
