Tottenham goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky is set to return as first-choice keeper, with Guglielmo Vicario scheduled for hernia surgery after the game against Nottingham Forest.
Vicario has been playing through injury but will undergo a minor operation during the international break and is expected back within a month.
Kinsky could now step in again, while third-choice Brandon Austin is another option.
