
England were beaten by West Indies by 30 runs in their second match at the T20 World Cup in Mumbai.
Chasing 197, England started well but collapsed from 74-1 to 166 all out after West Indies’ spinners took control. Gudakesh Motie claimed 3-33, getting rid of Jacob Bethell, Tom Banton, and Harry Brook, while Roston Chaseremoved Jos Buttler and Will Jacks.
Sam Curran scored 43 not out but had no support left.
Earlier, West Indies made 196-6, with Sherfane Rutherford hitting 74.
England must now beat Scotland and Italy to reach the Super 8s.
