Veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford will keep playing for at least one more season after winning his first NFL MVPaward. The Los Angeles Rams star, 37, became the oldest QB to win the MVP for the first time, edging out Drake Maye of the Patriots by just one vote.
Stafford had thought about retirement but decided to return after ending the season healthy and sharing the moment with his daughters. Since joining the Rams in 2021, he has won a Super Bowl and now earned the MVP honor.
