Aryna Sabalenka says it is “trophy or nothing” as she powered into the Australian Open semi-finals with a dominant straight-sets win over teenager Iva Jovic.
The world number one beat the American 6-3 6-0 and will now face either Coco Gauff or Elina Svitolina for a place in the final. Sabalenka has not dropped a set so far and is chasing her third Australian Open title in four years.
The Belarusian said her focus and mindset have been key to her consistency, adding that her goal at every tournament is simply to win it.
