Shooting Stars’ technical adviser, Nurudeen Aweroro, says he’s confident his team will beat Remo Stars in the Southwest derby on Wednesday.
The Oluyole Warriors will face Remo Stars in a rescheduled Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) match at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.
Aweroro promised fans plenty of goals and a winning performance. He told 3SCfanstv: “The fans should expect more goals from us in the game against Remo Stars. I can assure the supporters that we won’t lose the game but we will win and make the fans happy.”
Last season, Shooting Stars lost 1-0 to Remo Stars in the same fixture, with Alex Oyowah scoring the winner.
