Khadija Shaw scored four goals as Manchester City comfortably beat Aston Villa, moving six points clear at the top of the Women’s Super League.
Shaw opened the scoring with her 100th goal for City, then added three more to dominate the match. Villa started well but couldn’t match City’s quality, with Aoba Fujino and Vivianne Miedema also getting on the scoresheet.
City finished the year six points ahead of Chelsea, while Villa remain eighth in the table.
