
The Seattle Seahawks came from behind to beat the Los Angeles Rams 38-37 in overtime, securing their spot in this season's NFL play-offs alongside the Rams. Down 30-14 in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks rallied to win their fifth straight game. This victory also put Seattle at the top of their Conference with a 12-3 record, while the Rams dropped to fifth with 11-4.
Quarterback Sam Darnold threw two interceptions but bounced back with two touchdown passes, including the game-winner to star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba in overtime, followed by a successful two-point conversion to seal the win. The Rams had led 13-7 at halftime, with Kenneth Walker III scoring a 55-yard touchdown for Seattle.
But the Rams responded with Josh Wallace returning Darnold's interception for a touchdown and Blake Corum adding another. Matthew Stafford connected with Puka Nacua for a fourth-quarter touchdown to make it 30-14, but Seattle kept fighting with a 58-yard punt return touchdown by Rashid Shaheed.

Although Nacua scored again for the Rams, Smith-Njigba caught the decisive touchdown, finishing with 96 receiving yards. Smith-Njigba now leads the NFL with 1,541 receiving yards, while Nacua is second with 1,367, including a career-high 225 yards from 12 catches in this game.
