England coach Brendon McCullum says he is not planning to change the batting line-up for the crucial third Ashes Test against Australia in Adelaide.
With England already 2-0 down in the series, McCullum said there is no point making rushed decisions or dropping players who have been part of the team’s success in recent years. He believes the focus should be on backing the same batters and playing with more confidence, rather than panicking.
While the batting order looks set to stay the same, England could make changes to their bowling attack depending on the conditions, with spin and pace options both being considered.
McCullum also said he is not worried about pressure on his job and insisted the team’s approach is serious and hard-working, as England look to keep their Ashes hopes alive.
