Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim says criticism from former club legends is understandable because Manchester United are underachieving.
Amorim admitted results have not been good enough and said the team should have more points this season. He explained that ex-players judge the club by the high standards they experienced when United were always winning.
Despite comments from figures like Paul Scholes, Amorim said the real problem is simply not winning games, not outside criticism. He accepted responsibility, saying he is “not doing good enough” and believes the criticism would stop if United were winning and where they are supposed to be in the Premier League.
