Barau FC technical adviser, Ladan Bosso, insists that his team matchday 13 win over Rangers will ginger the team towards achieving more victories in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.
The Maliya Boys defeated Rangers 2-0 at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano, on Monday.
Joseph Kemin and Muhammad Umar were on target for Barau FC.
Bosso commended his players for securing the maximum points.
“On our preparatory stage of the game, before we left for Katsina where we picked a point, the players resolved to record a three-game unbeaten run and we are on the right track to achieve that,” Bosso said in a post-match interview.
“For the victory over Rangers its a sign of good things to come because if you look at the log we have moved out of the relegation zone.
“We hope that the victory will give us a platform to continue to move forward.”
Barau FC occupy 16th position in the NPFL table with 13 points.
