The Promise Keepers are targeting an instant return to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, following their relegation last season.
The Uyo club will compete in the Southern Conference B.
Akwa United will begin their campaign with an home fixture against Solution FC on Sunday.
Offor declared his team’s readiness for the new campaign.
“We have a solid team, a clear style of play, and players ready to fight for the badge. Our target is simple — take Akwa United back to the Premier League,” he told the club’s media.
