Newcastle striker Callum Wilson is facing up to 12 weeks out after being told he needs surgery on his chest/pectoral tendon.
It comes as a big blow for Newcastle as they are already missing fellow striker Alexander Isak.
Wilson has scored 8 goals in 22 appearances this season.
