Motherwell have issued a statement clarifying manager Stuart Kettlewell will remain in his role until May 2025.
He signed a deal in February 2023, after an interim period in charge, “initially to May 2024”.
There was a 12-month extension clause if he retained the club’s top-flight status last season, which was triggered over the summer.
His contract extension wasn’t communicated externally and came up at the club’s AGM last night – with the club now clarifying he’ll remain in charge until May 2025.
Motherwell are ninth in the league this season, seven points clear of the bottom two and six points off the top six
Kettlewell has 18 wins from his 47 games as boss, with 15 draws and 14 defeats.
